At Taqueria Y Pupuseria El Paso, we take pride in serving high-quality, authentic Salvadoran and Mexican dishes. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and while refunds for food purchases are limited, we are committed to addressing any legitimate concerns and making things right when possible.
Refund Eligibility
Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns of food that has been consumed or partially consumed. However, refund or replacement requests may be considered at our discretion in the following situations:
You received the incorrect item
There is a verified quality or food safety concern
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for review.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To submit a request, please email us at typelpaso26@outlook.com and include:
Your full name
Order number (if applicable)
Photos of the incorrect or damaged item (if available)
A brief description of the issue
Requests will be reviewed within 48 hours, and we will contact you with the next steps.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and sanitation reasons, refunds or returns are not available for:
Food that has been consumed or partially consumed
Custom or special orders
Promotional or discounted items
Items not purchased directly from Taqueria Y Pupuseria El Paso
Orders not picked up
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution
If a replacement is offered instead of a refund:
Replacement orders must be picked up in person
Pickup must occur during normal business hours
Food Truck & Event Purchases
For purchases made at food truck locations or special events:
All sales are final, except in cases involving verified food safety concerns
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
Our Promise
We stand behind every plate we serve. While refunds are limited due to the nature of fresh food, if something isn’t right, we will make a reasonable effort to address the issue fairly and professionally.
